Maybe I am an idiot but assuming I have a Stored Procedure,

GETSLA
(
  INSLACODE     IN VARCHAR2 ,
  INSWDATE     IN DATE   ,
  OUTDAYOFFSET   OUT NUMBER  ,
  OUTTIME      OUT VARCHAR2 ,
  OUTCHANGETIME  OUT VARCHAR2 ,
  OUTLOGCHECKMAX OUT NUMERIC
)

How do I actually call this and extract the out values from the call? I am not sure how to actually specify an out parameter and map it. HELP :-P
