I'm going to have to disagree with Ed at this point. More response was generated on the Grails User list - I've seen one other unrelated message on the eclipse-plugin-dev list since I sent this message (~48 hours).

My Eclipse version information is below (it's Europa).

More info please - which Eclipse version for one. It's strange that
you have never had it work, as this is definitely not normal.
Also, the groovy-eclipse-plugin-dev list is the best place to post
Eclipse related messages.
