I downloaded an archive of groovy-eclipse from http://fisheye.codehaus.org/browse/groovy/trunk/groovy/ide/groovy-eclipse .

I'm using "file > new java project > create project from existing source " and select folder which contains all downloaded folders (is that right ?).

I can't find any .psf file in downloaded archive when I try use file > import > Team Set.

Well it is not that complicated, it is done in the same manner that any eclipse plugin is done. If you need some basic pointers, I would direct you here:

http://wiki.eclipse.org/index.php/Eclipse_FAQs

I am including the team project set for all the groovy/grails eclipse projects, use file > import > Team Set to get to them.

Finally after importing the projects, successfully building the workspace, then goto GroovySite and open site.xml. From the editor you should have the option to build the update site.

That is it. Don't be afraid to ask if you have further problems.
