We could make the Groovy Eclipse a standalone project (own SVN,
Confluence, JIRA, FishEye, etc), but at this point, is it really
needed? There are just a handful of pages in Confluence related to the
plugin, so I'm not sure your dedicated Confluence is worthwhile.

Currently, I believe I'm the sole one with the admin rights for this
JIRA instance, but I'm happy to investigate letting you guys handle
all this on your own.
