Looks like this is patch for the very very alpha plugin from
http://www.dzone.com/links/rss/eclipse_grails_plugin_very_early_alpha.html
However, this plugin doesn't offer much - only few important grails
console commands from Menu.

According to the date looks like it has stopped in the first steps of
start. As I am student and I'm willing to participate in Google Summer
Of Code I am planning to offer Grails plugin development during the
summer. I think Eclipse really must to get back to grails IDE competition.
