Add support for a grails context menu in the project package
explorer view. This menu has support for the most of the grails
create-* commands (create plugin is missing since it will be
implemented as a wizard) and for all the generate-* commands.

I have attached a zip file of the projects, because I am not sure if
new files were captured in the patch
