The graph tremplate language appears to not handle nesting

When I define an entity and subclass it, I would like for these to appear together in a box. There are plenty of other cases also when one would want to use a group box, for instance: the user should be able to specify that the graph be grouped by package.

Graphviz handles this ok by creating group nodes with subnodes. However, I don't see that the .ftl templates have any sort of provision for recursion. Without that, at least, many useful things can't be done.
