I downloaded hibernate plugin from eclipseplugincentral.com and even the hiberante sourceforge site.
I am unable to to do reverse enginerring from database due to lot of null exceptions and eclipse plugin is not working
fine or generating the code.

Is is possible to contribute a new plugin which works just fine.
