I create a patch for this issue, but this has caused a test case to fail.
I tried to track it down, but it goes deep into collection loading, and that is not something that I am overly familiar with, can you take a look at the patch and see if you can figure out why it is breaking the test ( SubselectFetchFixture.SubselectFetchWithLimit )

Note that even though the fix is for PostgreSQL, this patch shows the broken issue (which I couldn't track) on SQL Server as well.
