Hi friends.

In H3 the Batcher is injectable through session factory configuration.

In NH we have, so far, only two Batcher for MSSQL and Oracle drives.
Practically in NH the BatcherFactory is the Drive it self.

If we port the H3 behavior a user must set the appropriate Batcher
through session factory configuration.

To work around the problem I think this:
1) Adapt our CodeBase to work like H3: BatcherFactory injectable.
2) If the BatcherFactory is not configured NH check if the Drive is
the BatcherFactory.

Thoughts?

H3 have a default Batcher for all Driver, have somebody analyzed if it
is possible for us too ?
