Do we have a VS2008 project file introduced as of yet? I'm using
1.2.1.GA, and not seeing it. I have not checked trunk.

What would it be called anyways? The current naming scheme of using 1.1
and 2.0 is pretty poor for this. Should probably call them vs2003,
vs2005 and vs2008 instead.
