I've updated this patch to be compatible with the current trunk
(OrderSet_revised_2.patch). Can someone apply it when they get a
chance?

I've created a patch to add an ordered generic set implementation to
Iesi.Collections and NHibernate. This allows the "order-by" attribute
to be used on <set> mappings. The patch is attached to issue NH-1173
(http://jira.nhibernate.org/browse/NH-1173). The original patch can be
ignored - it uses an incorrect name for the implementation class.
