hibernate-mapping-3.0.dtd to our nhibernate-mapping.xsd
- If somebody want can start the full port of our binders too.

For "binders", I think that if very important a refactoring of our xsd
or directly our binders...
perhaps an example is better:
In Hb the responsibility to create Mapping.Column instances is
enclosed in only one method.
In NH the responsibility to create Mapping.Column instances is in 5
classes and 8 methods.

This situation mean that if we have an issue that involve
Mapping.Column the work in NH is more hard than the work in Hb
(excluding the work of port some mapping feature from Hb)

I don't know so well NHibernate.Mapping.Attribute, but I have the
impression that now it can work directly with NHibernate.Mapping
classes.
